Our Story

We’re Alyssa and Lizzy — two friends who bonded over something most people don’t have to think twice about- food.

Living with celiac disease and gluten intolerance hasn’t been easy. We’ve felt the frustration of reading every label, the anxiety of cross-contamination, and the disappointment of showing up to events with nothing safe to eat. But more than anything, we’ve felt alone in the journey — until we found each other.

Glutique was born from late-night texts, shared snacks, and honest conversations about how isolating gluten-free living can feel. We created this brand to change that.

Our monthly snack boxes aren’t just filled with clean, delicious, gluten-free products — they’re filled with intention, relief, and the truth that we started this because we struggle too. We know what it’s like, and we want you to know — you’re not alone.
